DETECT - Kessie

For this month's DETECT, we welcome the Leeds based artist @kessiekessy.

Holding down residencies at Wire Club and the monthly queer night Love Muscle, Kessie has carved out a groove within the North's vibrant dance music community - one that shows no sign of slowing down. This Summer alone has taken her even further afar with festival & club bookings from across Europe, and Kessie can be heard in the our halls for the first time in our upcoming celebration of 10 years of Monnom Black.

Kessie has recorded an exclusive mix for our DETECT series, where she indulges in the tougher, grittier corners of her music collection, drawing from techno, EBM, post punk and grunge influences.
