Venturing back to the North for our first DETECT of 2025, we welcome @esmetrax to our long-running mix series.

Breaks, rollers and bass reign supreme in this hour-long display from the naturalised Mancunian, as the vinyl enthusiast demonstrates her uncanny ability to unite purveyors of all time signatures and why she has become a staple in the city’s blossoming dance circuit.

A new residency awaits for Esmé this year, as she joins Manchester’s much loved collective, Bent Hedonism for 2025, following acclaimed performances for frequent FOLD collaborators Rupture and celebrated queer events Freak Queer Rave & FrixXxion.
